How Do We Get Started?

Group enrollments differ from general memberships. There are a few more steps before we can get your team started. Use this section to guide you on the journey.

1. EXPLORE

To get started, simply click the button below and submit your information to speak with an Enrollment Agent. You'll have the opportunity to explore different pricing options based on:

✅ With and without employee family members

✅ And with different annual Primary Responsibility Amounts (PRAs).

2. QUOTE PROCESS

Your Enrollment Agent will run our Group Quote Tool, and provide a quote within minutes. You will get an email following the call which will also give you access to adjust any quotes. In your email you will receive a PIN and simple instructions to follow.

You will want to keep the link sent to you via email for any quoting adjustments in the future.

3. GATHER EMPLOYEE DATA

As you gather your employee

information include who will be participating, how many people in each household, and the date of birth for the oldest member in each household.

As the group sponsor, begin to consider how you will be contributing. Will you pay a portion of the group's monthly share or the entirety?

4. DISCOVERY

After creating your quote, schedule a call with our team to discuss your options.

5. GETTING STARTED

Double check the names of those participating, how many people in each household, and the date of birth for the oldest member in each household is correct.

When you have your final applicant list ready, just submit it using your secure link.

6. MEMBERSHIP ON-BOARDING

A representative from Impact will meet collectively with staff to present their new healthcare offering and fully disclose the inner workings of the membership.

During this phase, Impact will work directly with the group administrator to generate the company's sponsor center and support them through the application process.
