Mathew Yates - Chief Executive Officer | Board Member | Visionary

Mr. Yates is the visionary that sought to put together the most dynamic Team in the Employee Benefits, Health & Wellness, Life Insurance, & Financial space that collectively offered services that will have a multi-billion dollar impact on American Business Owners and their employees. With 20+ years of Financial, Insurance and Leadership experience, Mr. Yates has been a dynamic leader in seeking out the best of the best, and putting them in a high functioning and productive Team environment. Mr. Yates has a skillset for taking a broad look at the impactful and immediate needs of business owners that he and his Teams can solve.

Mr. Yates was quickly able to recognize that Workers Comp, Group Healthcare Costs, and Taxation have been on a dramatic rise. Furthermore, employee retention & recruitment are more important than ever. Mr. Yates took the first steps to seeking out the best of the best in these spaces, asking questions, digging deeper, and looking for solutions that would fit the needs he saw.

Brad Kingsberg - Co-Founder | President

Mr. Kingsberg began his decorated career in the financial services industry in 1982. Beginning in the phone room for a large successful life agency, he learned his craft and the industry as an agent, field manager, agency manager to eventually National Sales Director within the highly respected AIM Capital Group. 

He and his teams built an organization of hundreds of producers and key management personnel throughout the country, while earning numerous national performance awards from several major insurance companies for agency production, office expansion and overall sales.  

Over the last 25 years, he has successfully led multiple teams and individuals, while acting as an industry consultant to both national marketing organizations and major insurance companies. 

Mr. Kingsberg's years of overall experience and knowledge in developing and managing sales organizations, combined with his passion and unwavering commitment as a leader has been the bedrock of his success. He loves to work with his teams and help others realize their own dreams and success. Brad is an avid health and fitness enthusiast, enjoys being part of his church and loves to travel to new destinations. 

Macy Lenertz - Chief Marketing Officer

Macy Lenertz is the Chief Marketing Officer of The Benefit Store. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Managerial and Organizational Communication from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California. While attending college there, she gained her first insurance experience in yacht insurance sales where she learned how to provide top tier service to some of the city's wealthiest and most successful individuals and business owners.

She was also chosen for a competitive internship in social media marketing at a well-respected digital marketing agency in San Diego who held a book of prestigious clients and household names. There, she worked with the company's representative to create social media content that drove increased social media traffic and sales.

Most recently, Macy led the sales team at a nationally recognized insurance carrier where she received praise from the CEO, and her clients alike for six years. Macy grew up in a small town in Nebraska. Her father, a successful financial advisor, is well-known for his passion of helping others. From him, she learned how to put her head down and work hard for her clients, giving back to the community is of extreme importance, and that anything worth doing is worth doing right. 

Together, Macy's passion of helping others combined with her experience in risk mitigation and building wealth make her the perfect person to lead the Marketing team.

Peter Karl III, an honors graduate of the University of Notre Dame, has conducted over two hundred and fifty seminars nationally and has authored several manuals on the subject of taxation. Sponsoring organizations for his seminars include numerous professional associations from Atlanta to Alaska such as solo sixteen-hour presentations before the North Dakota Society of CPAs over two days in October 2012 and the Iowa CPA Society in October 2013.

The CPA Journal has published thirteen of his works (the “20 Question” series) as featured articles including a cover story one on the topic of Elder/Estate Planning and another in their September 2013 Financial Planning issue on the use of Delaware Trusts for asset protection.

These articles are accessible on the Journal's website www.cpajournal.com using the author's name in the search box.

He is the author of an informational web site on IRC Section 1031 exchanges, www.1031exchangetax.com. and has been published more since then. Since 1989 Karl has been on the faculty of New York University (NYU) where he has periodically presented eight-hour seminars for their National Real Estate Institute.

He is also tenured as a Professor of Taxation and Law for the State University of New York (SUNY). For the past seven years Karl has been a member of the Editorial Board of the CPA Journal. He is certified as a Hearing Neutral by the American Arbitration Association, conducting arbitration hearings on commercial matters throughout the Northeast. Karl is a member of the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants for whom he served as an at large Board Member. Besides specializing in transactional law, his practice includes tax/legal consultations to realtors, accountants and attorneys throughout the country in such areas as Section 1031 deferred real estate exchanges, estate/trust planning and asset protection.

A.G. Crowe - Legislator | Retired State Senate Leader | Visionary

One of seven children, A.G. grew up in the public housing projects of the Ninth Ward in New Orleans, the son of a waitress and a plumber. He worked his way through high school and college and was the first in his family to attend and graduate from college with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University.

After many years of success, and rapidly moving up the corporate ladder working for national and international companies, A.G. and his wife Linda decided to move back home to St. Tammany Parish to raise their family.

He opened his first small business, St. Tammany Office Products in Slidell in 1982 and immersed himself in community activity and service. He served on the St. Tammany Parish School Board and took Senator John Kennedy’s lead and became a certified substitute teacher.

In 2002, A.G. founded The File Depot in Slidell, Louisiana, specializing in secure records management and archiving services. In 2014, he converted it into a national company, which today has numerous locations in twelve states and is still growing. The File Depot, LLC, was the only nationally franchised records management company in the nation offering confidential records storage, retention, consulting, shredding/disposal, and cloud services. After many years as CEO and President, A.G. retired in 2016 from The File Depot and sold his majority interest to his partner. In 2017, A.G. founded Shop Local USA, a company established to support local and small businesses. In March of 2020 during the pandemic, A.G. teamed up with Josh Picou and founded Malady, a medical technology and testing platform that provides preventive healthcare strategies designed for people to know their health through a 50-panel biomarker blood test. Test kits are offered direct to consumer throughout the US utilizing a network of phlebotomists that collect and send the samples to their local lab partner.

In 1999, A.G. ran for public office and was elected to the Louisiana House of Representatives and was re-elected in 2003. He was then elected to the State Senate in 2007 and reelected in 2011. He has served/chaired several Senate committees including Labor & Industrial Relations (Chairman); Commerce, Consumer Protection, and International Affairs (Vice-Chair) Environmental Quality; Retirement, Senate Select Committees; Coastal Restoration and Flood Control; and the Oversight Committee of the Gulf Coast Claims Facility. He took the lead throughout his legislative tenure, fighting for Louisiana families and businesses. He led the way for job-creating legislation and pushed for higher pay for our teachers. He has the most conservative voting record when it comes to family values, taxes and protecting our most vulnerable--the unborn. As a legislator, A.G. has received numerous awards including the prestigious Gladiator Award presented by the Louisiana Family Forum for achieving a 100% voting record for family value issues for 10 straight years. As State Senator, A.G. authored legislation to establish the Louisiana International Gulf Transfer Terminal. A $9.2 billion project to construct a deep-water port just east of the Southwest Pass, it is projected the terminal will provide over 34,000 jobs to Louisiana residents. As President of the Authority for 10 years, A.G. has headed the effort to complete the project, which will provide a positive economic impact in 32 states along the Mississippi River and its tributaries. The port will be instrumental in the eventual development of an all-new supply chain connecting South, Central and North America.

A.G. and Linda met at Southeastern Louisiana University and have been married for 50 years. Linda is a retired kindergarten teacher. They have 2 children and 7 grandchildren. Both are active in their communities with Rotary, their church, and numerous other community organizations. Linda served as President of the Louisiana Legislative Spouses Auxiliary, President of Inner-Wheel, a Phi Mu Fraternity member, and is a life member of Junior Auxiliary. A.G. is an ordained Deacon at First Baptist Church in Slidell. His hobbies include family, fishing, music, horses, working the land on his tractor and helping others in need.

Terryl Matt - Attorney for Glacier County Blackfeet Nation & Assiniboine Tribe

Mrs. Matt has been a practicing attorney for over 23 years. Mrs. Matt advises us on efforts to further our relationships with Tribes all across the United States that own Casinos, and their employees. Mrs. Matt sees the value in our 360 Wellness Program, especially the Mental Health component. She is extremely passionate about providing Wellness and Mental Health resources to the Tribes all across this great country. She's an invaluable asset to us.

Sabrina Delliquadri - Chief Operations Advisor

Sabrina Delliquadri with a background in healthcare and a passion for enhancing corporate wellness, Sabrina strives to contribute to the company's mission of promoting health, preventing disease, and mitigating risks. ​

James "Adam" Johnson - Chief Financial Advisor
