Mr. Kingsberg began his decorated career in the financial services industry in 1982. Beginning in the phone room for a large successful life agency, he learned his craft and the industry as an agent, field manager, agency manager to eventually National Sales Director within the highly respected AIM Capital Group.
He and his teams built an organization of hundreds of producers and key management personnel throughout the country, while earning numerous national performance awards from several major insurance companies for agency production, office expansion and overall sales.
Over the last 25 years, he has successfully led multiple teams and individuals, while acting as an industry consultant to both national marketing organizations and major insurance companies.
Mr. Kingsberg's years of overall experience and knowledge in developing and managing sales organizations, combined with his passion and unwavering commitment as a leader has been the bedrock of his success. He loves to work with his teams and help others realize their own dreams and success. Brad is an avid health and fitness enthusiast, enjoys being part of his church and loves to travel to new destinations.

I love to learn and enjoy teaching and applying what I've learned to the benefit of those I work with.
I'm the exception out there. The guy that actually reads the entire policies word for word, studies the material, including all the fine print, and keeps up with all the changes in and out of the industry.
If a change or potential opportunity arises, I makes sure that it is addressed and clearly articulated to everyone I know may be impacted. I love breaking complex things down, and then rebuilding them to understand and appreciate how they work and if they don't, where they most likely broke down.
