Mr. Yates is the visionary that sought to put together the most dynamic Team in the Employee Benefits, Preventative Health & Wellness, Life Insurance, & Financial space that collectively offered services that will have a multi-billion-dollar impact on American Business Owners and their employees. With 20+ years of Financial, Insurance and Leadership experience, Mr. Yates has been a dynamic leader in seeking out the best of the best and putting them in a high functioning and productive Team environment. Mr. Yates has a skillset for taking a broad look at the impactful and immediate needs of business owners that he and his Teams can solve.

Mr. Yates was quickly able to recognize that Workers Comp, Group Healthcare Costs, and Taxation have been on a dramatic rise. Furthermore, employee retention & recruitment are more important than ever. Mr. Yates took the first steps to seeking out the best of the best in these spaces, asking questions, digging deeper, and looking for solutions that would fit the needs he saw.

Dan Galietto, CHRS - VP of Sales - Agency Distribution | The Benefit Store

Dan Galietto is the VP of Sales in charge of growing The Benefit Store's Insurance Agency distribution arm.

Over the last 26 years, Dan has held varying roles in leadership within the Employer Benefits space.

Having lead, advised, and trained thousands of agents over his career, Dan has become an integral figure within TBS.

He is a wealth of knowledge regarding employee benefits as a whole, and is brilliant when it comes to disseminating critical details to Benefits Agents that are looking at aligning with us.

Here's a word from Dan:

I love to learn and enjoy teaching and applying what I've learned to the benefit of those I work with.

I'm the exception out there. The guy that actually reads the entire policies word for word, studies the material, including all the fine print, and keeps up with all the changes in and out of the industry.

If a change or potential opportunity arises, I makes sure that it is addressed and clearly articulated to everyone I know may be impacted. I love breaking complex things down, and then rebuilding them to understand and appreciate how they work and if they don't, where they most likely broke down.

I think objectively, ask a lot of questions and listen very attentively. I am blessed to have a great memory and can recall most of what I learn, without much effort. That makes me a great resource to have on hand and I'm often called to have my brain picked and weigh in on tough situations or complex cases.

Together, Dan's passion of helping others, combined with his experience as a leader within the employee benefits space, risk mitigation and building wealth, make him the perfect person to lead the agency distribution team.
