Rich embarked on his career in the life insurance and annuities sector in 1996 with Hartford Life & Annuity, offering a range of insurance products but without lead support. Recognizing a gap in the market, Rich innovated a method to generate life insurance leads by targeting new homeowners, which enabled him to establish Affinity Insurance Agency (A.I.A.) in 1999.
By leveraging a unique lead generation strategy, competitive commission structures, and an efficient sales system, Rich successfully recruited both newly licensed and unlicensed agents, rapidly expanding A.I.A. to boast roughly 100 agents and 20 offices nationwide, owning four and leasing the remainder.
Under his leadership, A.I.A. achieved substantial business volumes, including $25 million in annual life premiums—$15 million from term life policies and $10 million from permanent and universal life policies—alongside $7 million in fixed indexed annuities.
Brad Kingsberg began his career in the Financial Services industry in 1982 as the youngest hire in the history of the highly respected AIM organization. There he learned his craft and the industry as an agent, field manager, agency manager to eventually national sales director.
As a pioneer in the Mortgage/Life Market, he and his team built an organization of hundreds of producers and key management personnel, while earning national performance awards from major insurance companies for agency production and overall sales.
Brad’s 42 years of experience and unwavering commitment as a leader, recruiter and developer of successful organizations has been the bedrock of his success. He loves to work with his teams and help others realize their own dreams and success.
In his free time, Brad is an avid fitness and health enthusiast, enjoys being involved in his church and traveling to new destinations.
